This allows you to see how you are doing compared to the average of others retrofitters working with CEB.

An inspection and report on an areas of intrest throughout the home. 

It can useful to identify - if mould is due to a cold spot (thermal bridge) or a slow leak. What insulation material is behind a wall or plasterboard and what condition it is in. Find pipes that are losing heat in the wrong places.

We can take that first step for you. Let's make sure all the easy stuff is sorted. Such as ;

Radiator reflectors
Thermal blinds or curtains
Draughtproofing around doors, windows and hatches. 
Installing secondary glazing
Filling gaps in loft insulation.
Boiler pipe insulation.
Etc.

It's all quick and easy to install and the improvments all add up.

Cost £250 plus material cost

We want to help you avoid buying another gas boiler when their time is over.  With this service we create a bespoke plan for the  best value for money approach to changing what needs to be changed in order to get your home 'heat pump ready', should  your boiler give in.

Step one) A heat loss survey to determine current heat demand.
Step two) Insulation needed to bring the heat demand down. 
Step three) Changes needed in radiators.

Cost - £500

Sometimes the construction (presence, type, depth and type of insulation) in a wall or roof is unclear. This services drills holes to assess the construction of unknown walls and roofs. Always includes a thermal imaging survey. We will of course plaster and paint the holes afterwards if needed.
